All VenugoWorld bookings are subject to the following terms and restrictions. Because you will be bound by these terms once the agreement is in effect, we ask that you read and understand them thoroughly. Venugo World maintains the right to change, add, or remove any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice, and such changes will automatically apply to you once you book a tour or package with us. If you do not follow our terms and conditions, your account with www.venugoworld.com may be deactivated and your services terminated.

1. Pricing

Prices on our website or in our brochures vary depending on the services. For example, hotel prices are per room per night. For tours, prices are per person with SIC (Seat in Coach) and will be displayed with the total number of guests if searched on a private basis. It excludes any payments made by clients, such as visa fees, lodging charges, and gratuities to drivers or guides. In addition, changes in pricing may occur if your transportation or lodging service provider incurs any additional costs. All third-party attractions and items must not be sold at lower prices than their entrance prices. Discounts can only be given in conjunction with other products, and the highlighted rates must never be less than the attraction's gate fee.

2. Mode of Payment

You can pay with a valid credit card or debit card, such as American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Diners, or Visa, after selecting your favorite tour provider or vacation package.

3. Payment Confirmation

We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your payment is received, together with a unique booking reference number and coupon. We recommend that you print the voucher because it is considered proof of payment.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

5. No Show Policy

In the event that you do not use a paid tour service in part or in full, Venugo World will not issue a refund. This applies to all Venugo World B2B tour services that aren't being used, such as city tours, transfers services etc.

6. Cancellation Process

To cancel a reservation, please first cancel it on venugoworld.com and then email us a written letter. It would be sufficient to send an email. When we receive your cancellation request, we'll acknowledge it via email, phone, or fax, along with any cancellation fees that may be due. Please be aware that Venugo World is not responsible for any guest cancellation requests.

7. Guest Refund Policy

  • The Guest Refund Policy is designed to assist guests in the case of a travel problem. It is valid for any guests who book a tour through the Venugo World website. This will, however, be in compliance with the terms mentioned on your tour reservation voucher. While we'll do everything we can to refund your money if you need to cancel a tour or package booked through VenugoWorld B2B, it's important to understand that private contracts are subject to a distinct set of policies. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that all tours and services advertised on the VenugoWorld website will follow the same refund method or rules. As a result, the following policies are in effect:
  • Tickets: All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Unused Tours: There are no refunds for unused tours, partially used or unutilized portions of a vacation package.
  • No Show: If a guest fails to tell VenugoWorldB2B about a tour cancellation or fails to arrive on time at the tour start location, VenugoWorldB2B will not be held liable. In such instances, the reservation would be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
  • Third party services: Some of the services provided by third parties may be non-refundable due to differing refund and cancellation policies. We usually provide the information at the time of booking.
  • You must have prior written authorisation in order to receive a refund for a tour service or package purchased directly from VenugoWorldB2B. All refund policy choices made by VenugoWorldshall be final and binding on both VenugoWorldB2B and visitors./li>

8. Cancellation Policy

The terms and conditions of each trip, as well as the cancellation policies of third-party suppliers, govern your ability to change or cancel a tour booking made through VenugoWorld. As a result, depending on the trip type, you may be unable to change or cancel your tour booking, or you may be required to comply with specific limitations.

9. Accommodation & Check-in & Check-out Policy

At VenugoWorld, we strive to assist you in selecting an accommodation option that best suits your business or vacation needs. Because check-in and check-out policies differ from hotel to hotel, we recommend that you consult your hotel's website. VenugoWorld, it appears, is not responsible for any late or early check-ins or check-outs. To take advantage of this, please send us an email with the guest's arrival time as soon as the booking is completed, or enter the same information in the special request column on the booking detail page. Please note that the guest's request is subject to availability.

10. Website Usage

VenugoWorldowns all of its material, including photographs, product details and descriptions, pricing information, and its logo. Any or all parts of the website may be viewed or printed, but they may not be used for any commercial, non-personal, or unlawful purposes.

Term & Condition Using Payment Gateway

1. If you use the payment gateway to pay online with a Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking, you are doing so with the card owner's/account holder's permission (if you are not the card owner/account holder yourself).If the payment is not processed because of any reasons, then you are supposed to deposit cash in our Bank Account within next 24 hours, otherwise the respective booking will be cancelled. In such scenarios the booking/Reservation will be subject to availability.

2. If our risk management team finds a transaction questionable, we are required to identify the credit card holder before proceeding with the payment to protect your payment from potential fraud. To complete your transaction, you may be requested to send identification evidence and a front copy of your credit card. If you fail to submit the required documentation on time, your transaction/reservation will be immediately cancelled (for more clarity on this, you can get in touch with your nearest VenugoWorld Sales Person in your region if any).

3. There is a chance that the booking will not go through due to a lack of availability or a technical problem when paying with a credit/debit card or a Net banking account. Our support team will reimburse the whole money (the actual amount the mentioned booking is processed for without deducting the applicable charges) to the same Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking account from which the booking was made within 24 working hours of the booking being made.

4. For using the payment Gateway, the user will be charged a transaction processing fee.

5. Even if the user cancels the transaction, the Agent/cardholder will still be charged processing fees.

6. If the booking is not processed due to a technical fault or is cancelled by the user, the refund will be performed using the same credit card, debit card, or net banking account that was used to make the original booking. (In the event of a cancellation from the agent's end, refund processing charges will be applied in addition to the cancellation charges indicated in the booking.)
